Binod was the keynote speaker at the launch of the Finance and Investment Club (FIC) organized by the Department of Professional Studies at Christ University, Bangalore in Jan 2021.

The organizers, all bright young undergrads, wanted insights so that their fellow students could make informed decisions. Hence this is a customized session with information that probably isn’t available elsewhere. The webinar kicks off with Binod’s education and career story.

It then covers the importance of Finance for society and for you, an honest look at the Pros and Cons of careers in Investment Banking and Asset Management and some less talked about career options like corporate finance and risk management.

You’ll be miserable if you’re the wrong fit and Binod talks about Ikigai, assessing “fitness” and suggests some useful tools. Gauged from the long and interactive Q & A with Binod at the end, it was another impactful session.
